企业文化构建的初步探讨
 
 
内容摘要
 
成功的企业必然得力于成功的文化。先进的企业之所以能够战胜落后的企业,就是因为先进企业的文化比落后企业的文化更能适应竞争的要求、更具有生命力的缘故。作为上海机场股份有限公司浦东候机楼管理分公司,为不断提高赢利水平、充分发挥市场配置资源的机制优势,实现做优做强的目标,在对企业自身情况进行研究和分析后,最终构建出适合其自身发展的企业文化,其核心内容即:以人为本,服务旅客,服务社会。
本文共分四章:
第一章  提出研究浦东候机楼管理分公司构建企业文化这一课题的动机和目的。
第二章                阐述有关企业文化的理论和发展。
第三章                具体分析浦东候机楼管理分公司内部管理中的薄弱环节,从精神层、制度行为层、文化物质层三个方面为其构建企业文化。
第四章                总结全文内容,提出四项建议:一是企业文化要落实在公司的各项企业行为中;二是顺应潮流,不断创新企业文化;三是通过典型示范,逐步指导推广;四是要处理好“柔”(柔性管理)与“硬”(硬性管理)的关系。

Abstract
The ess of an enterprise relies on the ess of enterprise culture.  The reason why an advanced enterprise can defeat a backward enterprise is that the culture of an advanced enterprise fits better petition and is more vibrant than that of a backward enterprise.  In order to enhance its benefit, make full use of the advantages of market economy and realize the target of being both the best and the strongest, after deep research and analysis, Pudong International Airport Terminal pany of Shanghai International Airport Co., ltd has constructed its enterprise culture that fits its own development, the essence of which are: focusing on individual, providing service for both passengers and society.
    There are 4 chapters in the thesis:
Chapter 1   The motivation and purpose of the theme of this thesis
Chapter 2   The theory and development of enterprise culture
Chapter 3  Analysis on the weak point of the inner management of Pudong International Airport Terminal pany. Construction of its enterprise culture from spiritual level, constitutional level and cultural level.
Chapter 4 Conclusion. Propose 4 suggestions: Enterprise culture should set deep root in enterprise behavior; innovations should be made continuously; instruction and popularization should be done gradually through examples; the relationship between “soft management” and “h
