摘要:埋地的天然气输送管道由于穿越各种类型的土壤、河流、湖泊,腐蚀问题成为其安全运行的最大隐患。鄂尔多斯某天然气集输管网阴极保护系统是随着气田的发展逐年建设的,其利用防腐涂料和强制电流阴极保护的技术对管线进行保护。为了对此系统的运行现状进行评价和完善优化,本文首先以现运行数据为基础,利用ANSYS 软件建立了符合现状的模型;此后,考虑到气田的现状和发展,利用该模型提出了阴极保护的优化方案,并对其进行评估。此研究的方法与结果具有一定的实用价值和理论参考意义。

Abstract:Buried gas pipelines will appear different corrosion problem, because through various types of soil, rivers, lakes, the safe operation of pipeline buried under the potential safety hazard.
