摘要
本次设计题目是日产5000吨水泥熟料水泥厂新型干法生产线生料粉磨与运输系统工艺设计,由于我在池州海螺水泥厂实习的缘故,本设计的数据选自本厂,设备选型也是参照本厂现有的日产5000吨水泥熟料生产线。本设计主要内容有:
物料平衡计算、工艺流程简述、主机设备选型、全厂布局、皮带输送机等附属设备选型等。
本文重点论述了生料粉磨车间。通过对生料粉磨流程进行了对比,选择了高产、低电耗、环保的工艺流程。其中包括磨机、旋风收尘器、电收尘器的选型和生产能力的标定等,然后通过对这些设备的通风量的计算来进行其它附属设备(皮带输送机和螺旋输送机以及风机等)的计算和选型。

Abstract

The design of the main contents :
1. The material balance calculations
2. Production workshop process design and equipment selection for the host
3. Materials storage and homogenization
4. The whole plant layout
5. Belt conveyors and other ancillary equipment selection
This paper focuses on the raw material grinding plant. Through the raw material grinding process pared to select high-yield, low power consumption, environmentally friendly process. Including the mill, cyclone dust collector, electrostatic precipitator of the selection and production capacity of the calibration, and then through the ventilation rate for these devices to carry out the calculation of other ancillary equipment (belt conveyors and screw conveyor, and fans, etc.) calculation and selection.
