摘要
杜仲属杜仲科落叶乔木,是我国特有的名贵经济树种,也是亚热带和暖温带最具开发前景的重要胶源树种。杜仲胶主要存在于杜仲的皮、叶和果实中。本论文着重介绍了以杜仲全叶综合利用所得浸渣为原料,利用逆流浸提罐组法,通过石油醚溶解、丙酮反析纯化提取杜仲胶的具体过程,对杜仲叶浸渣细料和粗料中杜仲胶的提取进行了量化分析。得出研究结果如下:杜仲全叶深度综合利用后所得浸渣提取的杜仲胶颜色浅,解决了杜仲胶因颜色深而出口受限的难题;提取成本低,原材料成本几乎为零;能耗少,溶剂损失小,循环利用率高;%,所得杜仲胶颜色较深,略带黑绿色,质地坚硬;%,所得杜仲胶颜色较浅,呈白色,较细腻;而石油醚和丙酮等溶剂的消耗和回收率细料与粗料近似相等。并验证了该提取方案的可行性和优越性,为工业化生产提供参考。

Abstract
mia Ulmoides Oliver, a kind of deciduous arbors, which belongs to mia ulmoides Oliv., is one of the endemic economic trees and distribution in China, and the most promising tree species of Gutta-Percha extraction in subtropical zone and Temperate zone. Gutta-Percha exists in the barks, the leaves and the seeds of mia Ulmoides Oliver. The majority of the research work has been presenting the specific process of Gutta-Percha that extracted prehensive utilized mia Ulmoides leaves, with the technology of Multi-stage Countercurrent Extraction, steeping in petroleum ether and generating precipitation in acetone; and has been making an analysis of the yield of the gum between the small residues and the big residues. The results are summarized as follows: Gutta-Percha that extracted from the residues of prehensive utilized mia Ulmoides leaves owns light color, which can resolve the big problem that the gum is confined by the deep color in the exportation; the cost of this technology is lower than other methods, with less consumption, less waste and high circle utilization; the yield of the gum with greenish color and hard texture extracted from the small residues is %, while the yield of the gum with pure white color and fine and smooth texture extracted from the big residues is %; and there is no obvious difference between petroleum ether and acetone on the consumption and circle utilization.
