摘要
锚杆钻机是锚杆支护的关键设备,它影响着锚杆支护的质量——锚杆孔的方位、深度、孔径的准确性以及锚杆安装质量,又涉及操作者的人身安全、劳动强度与作业条件等。采用旋转切削方式破岩的单体锚杆钻机是目前钻孔机具的主导产品,但机体笨重、可靠性低,这些制约着它们进一步推广使用,迫切需要研制高性能的锚杆钻机机具。针对这一状况,本次设计主要针对无阀冲击型全液压锚杆钻机进行设计。
无阀冲击型全液压锚杆钻机是一部具有很大应用价值的工程机械,施工对象主要是硬度较大的岩石。无阀冲击型全液压锚杆钻机因其工作压力高、扭矩大、动力系统不受外界影响,在一些场合下是合理的机型。它的出产必将推动我国的社会主义建设事业的全面发展。
本次设计主要涉及到以下几个部分:

Abstract
Bolt rig is the key equipment,which affects the quality of Bolt hole location,depth,accuracy and the bolt installation hole quality, it also involves the safety of the operator, labor strength and operating conditions. The monomer roofbolter by rotary cutting breaking rock, has e the main trend of the production and development of drilling machines for bolt support. Heavy machine boby and low reliability is one of the mon factors restricting them further sprdeading use. It is urgently necessary to develop a kind of roofbolter with high performance. According to the existing problem, the main of the design shock for the non-valve-hydraulic bolt rig design.
NO valve-type haydraulic shock bolter is a great value of construction machinery, mainly for the large hardness of the rock. No valve-type haydraulic shock bolter has its high working pressure, torque, power systems are not subject to outside influence, in some situations it is a reasonable to mode. It’s produced in China will promote prehensive development of socialist construction.
This design mainly involves the following parts:
used crawler excavator boom design, the impact of non-valve-type hydraulic bolter’s boom re-designed to meet the requirements of various working conditions.
used geometric analysis to analysis the hinge point between its beam and boom, to get a more reasonable arrangement of hinge points.
