摘要
近年来随着汽车工业的飞速发展,人们对汽车发动机的性能要求越来越高。而连杆是发动机中的关键部件之一,其大、小头孔中心线的平行度必须达到一定的精度,否则会导致发动机耗油量大、磨擦大、噪音大。因此设计一套测量连杆大、小头孔平行度的检测装置,是保证产品质量和提高生产效率的重要手段。加工连杆过程中,对两孔轴线平行度的检验至关重要,它将直接影响连杆的装配精度和使用性能。
连杆是汽车发动机的主要传力构件之一,常处于高速运动状态,因此要求与其它零件间具有较高的配合精度。因而连杆检测成了生产中频繁而又不可缺少的环节。连杆平行度检测装置是专门为检测汽车连杆而设计的专用测量工具,其结构简单、测量精度高。本装置是由机械系统和控制系统两大部分所组成,我的设计内容主要是机械部分的设计,包括齿轮传动的设计及选择,滚珠丝杠的设计及选择,步进电机的选择,有关测试系统的控制设计及选择。

Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid development of auto industry, people on the car engine performance demand more and connecting rod is one of the ponents of the engine,its big,small head in the center hole parallel degree must satisfy certain precision,it could lead to more fuel-efficient engines,friction big, to design a big,small head measuring connecting rod hole parallel degree of detection device,is to guarantee the quality of the product and improve production efficiency the important in the process of connecting rod, two hole axis parallel degree of inspection is very important, it would directly affect the connecting rod assembling accuracy and performance.
The connecting rod is one of motor car engine main power ponents,often being at the high speed state of motion,therefore,which requests the higher grade of fit with the connecting rod is examined in the production to be frequent and the also essential connecting rod parallelism measuring instrument is specially for examines for measuring tool which the automobile connecting rod design,its structure is simple,the measuring accuracy is design posed by the mechanical system design and the control system design,which includes the gear drive design and the choice, the ball bearing guide screw design and chooses,motor machine choice and installment mechanical system design,relating test system control design and design content mainly focuses on the machine part design.
