摘要:民用航空是最现代化的交通运输方式,是国民经济的重要基础性产业。作为一个不断创新和发展的产业,民用航空以其独特的优势,有力地推动着国家的发展进步。民用航空的发达程度,是经济社会繁荣昌盛的重要标志,在一定意义上代表了一国的综合实力和竞争能力。近年来航空客运量持续快速增长,客运量需求的增长为航空业的快速发展带来了机遇,为了充分满足旅客对出行时间和服务质量的需求,以及抢占运输市场份额,不断扩大客运市场航空占有份额,航空公司就必须建立自己的售票系统,让客户能够通过网络更充分地了解我们的服务。通过对目前船空售票系统的调查研究,对应用软件工程及网络开发的知识的掌握,采用B/S架构、SQL Server 2005作为系统的后台数据库、c#开发语言,平台三层架构的网上航空售票系统,实现了用户的注册、登录、查询、机票预定、订单支付及客服服务的功能和管理员的登录、航线信息管理、航班信息管理、机票信息管理、订单信息管理等功能,从而使得航空公司能够通过网络最大可能的提高服务质量,也极大地方便了广大乘客。

[Abstract]: Civil aviation is the most modern means of transportation and the important basic industry of national economy .As an innovation and development of the industry, civil aviation with its unique advantages a strong impetus to the country’s development and progress, the level of development of civil aviation is an important indicator of economic and social prosperity, in a sense, represents a country’prehensive strength petitiveness. In recent years, Sustained and rapid growth in air passenger traffic, passenger traffic growth in demand for the rapid development of the aviation industry brings opportunities. In order to fully meet the passenger travel time and service quality on demand, and  to seize  market share of the transportation, and to continuously expand the air passenger market share, So, Airlines must create their own ticketing system that allows customers through work to know more our service. By the research for the current system of the air ticket, and master the knowledge of the software engineering and web development. Adopt the B/S frame, SQL Server 2005 as the system’s back-end database, C# as the development language, developed and designed the system of the online air ticket that based on .NET platform of the three-layer.
The system has implemented user registration, login, search, ticket booking, orders’ payment ,customer service and manager login, flight-line information management, flight information management, ticket information management,
