1 空运费扩展条款
兹经双方同意,鉴于被保险人已缴付了附加的保险费,本保险扩展承保空运费。但该空运费须与本保险单项下予以赔偿的保险财产的损失有关。且本条款项下的空运费的最高赔偿金额在保险期限内不得超过以下列明限额。若保险财产的保额不足,本条款项下空运费的赔偿金额按比例减少。

1 Airfreight Clause
It is agreed and understood that subject to the Insured having paid the agreed extra premium, this insurance shall be extended to cover extra charges for airfreight.
Provided always that such extra charges shall be incurred in connection with any loss of or damage to the insured items recoverable under the Policy.
Provided further that the maximum amount payable under this Endorsement in respect of airfreight shall not exceed the amount stated below during the period of insurance.
If the sum(s) insured of the damaged item(s) is (are) less than the amount(s) required to be insured, the amount payable under this Endorsement for such extra charges shall be reduced in the same proportion.
This Clause is Subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exclusions of this Policy.

注:在使用该条款时应规定每次事故免赔额、每次事故赔偿限额、累计赔偿限额并加收保费。
2 自动恢复保额条款
兹经双方同意,如果发生本保险单第二部分的有效索赔,如本公司或被保险人没有相反的书面声明,则因损失而减少的赔偿限额将自动恢复。被保险人同意按照原定费率补交至保险终止之日止损失金额部分的日比例附加保险费。
本保险单所载其它条件不变。
2 Automatic Reinstatement of Amount Clause
It is understood and agreed that in the event of any valid claim payable under Section II of this Policy and in the absence of written notice by pany or the Insured to the contrary the amount of Limit of Indemnity reduced by loss is to be automatically reinstated as from the date so reinstated. The Insured undertakes to pay pro-rata additional premium at the original rate on the amount of any loss to the expiry of the Period of Insurance.
This Clause is Subject otherwise to the terms, conditions and exclusions of this Policy.
