摘要
战略外包是一种全新的管理模式它是工业经济
时代已经形成的社会分工与协作组织在当今知识经济条件下的发展与演化在
制造理念的基础上战略外包强调与供应商建立长期合作关系这对于提高
整体供应链绩效极其关键在当今动态环境中与供应商的战略合作关系是成功
的供应链不可缺少的因素
企业战略外包的实施有赖于其良好的供应商评价及其管理本文首先提出本
文的研究背景然后分析目前国内外研究现状同时指出了本文的研究思路之
后定义了战略外包的内涵及其来源成因同时分析了战略外包中的企业的供应商
关系管理然后给出了战略外包中供应商伙伴关系的特点建立步骤本文提出
了供应商综合评价的理论同时建立了综合评价的指标体系接着重点介绍本文
所要应用的供应商评价的数据包络分析方法介绍了其组成和功能同时结合某
企业的实例数据阐述本模型对供应商评价的优势最后本文做出了总结和研究展
望本文所提出的战略外包中的供应商评价方法在评价过程中能充分考虑了多
种战略性和操作性要素具有较强的现实意义

Abstract
Strategic outsourcing is a new management method. It is the development and
evolves of society work collaboration from industry economy to knowledge economy.
Based on JIT, strategic outsourcing emphasis on the long-term relationship with the
supplier. This is critical for improve overall supply chain. In the dynamic environments,
the strategic relationship with the supplier is really very important.
The practice of strategic outsourcing is depending on the overall supplier
evaluation and management. The thesis firstly introduces the background, analyze the
current research status, and then introduce the author's thoughtfulness. After, we
identify the concept and origin of strategic outsourcing; analyze its supplier
relationship management. Then we point out the character of supplier relationship in
strategic outsourcing and construction step. The thesis points out the theory of supplier
evaluation, and construct the criteria system in evaluation. Then we focus on the Data
Envelopment Analysis. We introduce ponent and function of the method, and
we discuss the method's advantage in supplier evaluation. At last, the thesis make a
summarize. The DEA supplier evaluation method in strategic outsourcing is very
practical for it can integrate the strategic and operational factors.
