摘要:抗癌中药的使用已成为中医肿瘤临床重要的治疗手段,不同抗癌中药配伍可能具有协同或拮抗作用,开展抗癌中药配伍研究具有重要意义。当前抗癌中药配伍研究主要集中在下述几个方面:传统中医药理论指导下的配伍研究,中药药理研究为基础的配伍研究,经验方为基础的拆方配伍研究,以及中西药联用的抗癌配伍研究等。积极探索抗癌中药的配伍规律,可为中药抗癌临床疗效的提高提供新思路。

Compatibility of Chinese anti-cancer herb

[Abstract] The use of anti-cancer herbs has e an important method for Trditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to treat cancer. However, combination of different anti-cancer herb or herb and anti-cancer durgs may elicite synergisic or antagonistic therapeutic effects. There is a growing significance to explore patibility rule of anti-cancer herbs. This review focuses on a number of reports of anti-cancer herb-herb or herb-drug interactions, such as TCM theory binations, pharmacological study patibilitiy, dissection of empirical formulae, or herb-binations. Related studies may provide new clue and basis to improve clinical curative effect of Trditional Chinese Medicine.
