摘要
随着国内矿井生产量的日新月异的提高,对提高提升机的安全性、可靠性、生产效率以及整机自动化运行水平,降低操作者及维护人员的劳动强度、处理设备事故的速度与对策等,成了迫切要求。
本次设计是关于2JK-3/。在本次设计中将大学四年所学的机械设计,机械制图,材料力学,理论力学,机械制造等知识进行了一次综合运用。本次设计不仅是对大学所学知识的总结和巩固,而且为以后进入社会工作积累了一定的经验,本次设计是个难得的学习机会。
通过对此单绳缠绕式提升机的设计,在一定程度上解决了提升系统受力不均、运行不平稳、安全性不高、不易维护等缺点,具有很强的适应能力,对中小型煤矿提高生产能力和经济效益有很大帮助。

Abstract

This design is about 2 JK-3/ single rope coil type of mine hoist brake drum and the design. In the design of the university for four years will learn mechanical design, mechanical drawing, material mechanics, the theoretical mechanics, machinery manufacturing, and knowledge on prehensive use. This design is not only the knowledge of university of summary and consolidate and is later into society see work accumulated a certain amount of experience, the design is a rare chance to learn.
Through the coil type induction-motor-driven hoist ascend machine design, and, to some extent, solve the upgrade system run smoothly, non-uniform stress, safety is not high, not easy maintenance ings, has the very strong adaptive ability, to the middle and small coal mine production capacity and economic benefit are of great help.
