摘要
随着建筑节能在夏热冬冷地区居住建筑上的广泛展开与普遍应用,外墙外保温技术以其构造合理﹑消除热桥﹑技能效率高﹑能保护主体结构等明显的优点而成为建筑节能的主导型节能应用技术。
;然后从系统技术﹑工程施工质量﹑工程管理三方面分析目前广泛存在于外墙外保温系统上的问题及相应的防治方法;最后总结展望外墙外保温系统将在日后的实践中不断完善,趋向成熟。

Abstract
With the construction of energy-saving in hot summer and cold winter zone residential building on the extensive and widespread application, heat insulation technology of external wall with its reasonable structure, high efficiency, eliminate the thermal bridge, skills can protect the main structure and obvious advantages and e the dominant type of building energy saving andenergysavingtechnology
This paper firstly introduces the origin of exterior wall external insulation technology. Development and applications at home and abroad current situation; then from the system technology, construction quality, project management analysis of three currently widely exists in the external thermal insulation system problems and the corresponding control methods; Finally summarizes the prospect of exterior wall outer thermal insulation system in the future in the practice of constantly improve, mature.
