随着信息技术的不断发展,信息化手段越来越深入地运用于高校的管理之中。校园一
卡通作为数字化校园的标志之一,已经成为连接校内各类信息管理系统的桥梁,它不仅为
师生提供生活学习的便利,更使学校管理提高效率。近年来,校园一卡通技术上日趋成熟
与完善,功能应用在不断拓展与延伸,但校园一卡通项目投入资金巨大,牵涉部门多,规
模和复杂性的加大,使越来越多的人们认识到要高效率、高质量地完成校园一卡通项目,
必须要引入科学的管理方法,将人员、技术和工具有效地组织起来。因此,校园一卡通项
目的管理成为近几年高校信息化领域里研究的热点。本文从高校教育信息化入手,以高校
数字化校园建设为背景,结合赣南师范学院校园一卡通项目的实践,依据 IT 项目的特点,
运用项目管理的理论知识与常用方法,以校园一卡通项目的生命周期为主线,对校园一卡
通项目的可行性分析、规划设计、实施控制、收尾阶段等方面进行了分析研究,旨在探索
适合本校特点的校园一卡通项目的实施管理办法,为学校校园一卡通建设做出应有的贡献。
使校园一卡通建设为促进校园信息化建设、规范信息基础、协调整合信息资源起积极作用,
推动学校相关业务流程再造与整体管理体制改革。

ABSTRACT
With the development of information technology, information method more and more
deeply use in the college management. Campus “one-card” as a sign of the symbols of digital
campus, has e a bridge connect all kinds of information management system, it not only
for teachers and students provide convenient to life and learn, also for school management
improve efficiency and convenient. In recent years, campus “one-card” in technology matures
with perfect, function in expanding and extension, but campus “one-card” project investment
huge, involved many departments , scale plexity of the increase,to make more and more
people to know to high efficiency and high plete campus “one-card” project, must
want to introduce scientific project management method, will staff, technical and anize
effectively. Therefore, the campus “one-card” project management has e the research focus
in the field of university informatization. This paper, from the college of educational
informatization, take the university digital campus construction as the background, combined
with gannan normal university campus “one-card” project practice, according to the
characteristics of IT projects, use the theoretical knowledge monly used method of IT
project management, with the project life cycle as the main line, to research the project of the
feasibility analysis, planning
