辽河油田曙光采油厂第五联合站是整个采油过程中的一个终点站,是采油过程中的关键环节之一。刚开采的原油中均含有大量的水分,油田在原油外输前,原油先送到联合站处理,处理后在统一外输。原油进站时对其进行加药处理,使油水能够分离,是联合站原油处理的工艺之一。以前的加药控制均是由手动控制。但是由于下属井站较多,输油量难以控制以及其它等因素的影响。手动控制不仅使油水分离不彻底,而且浪费了大量的药物及人力,造成经济上的损失。
辽河油田曙光采油厂第五联合站管输自动加药控制系统针对以上问题建立数学模型,通过相应的传感器把这些信号采集到PLC,在PLC内进行数据的规范化处理,根据流量、压力等计算出加药量,把计算好的加药量转化为电信号通过输出模板控制变频器,变频器改变频率调节加药电机的转数,这样就调节了加药量。同时将这些参数采集到计算机保存在数据库中,以报表、趋势图等多种方式显示出来。操作者可以查看实时的或历史的数据,对重要参数(如压力)提供报警功能,并可实现停机功能。
曙五联自动加药控制系统是一种新型的高科技的产品,它的研究和应用是无数人耗用自己的心血和智慧运用新知识和新技术开发的结果。该系统的开发和使用,不仅节省了大量的资源和人力,而且还为开发新技术做出了很大的贡献。该系统使得辽河油田的各井站采油时间和原油质量得到了很大提高,也使得油田的经济发展得到了很大飞跃。它的开发,大大提高了加药工序的管理水平,保证生产的顺利进行和产品质量的提高,为管理向更高水平迈进打下坚实的基础。
