Exploring of the stylistic features and translation of English for advertising
Abstract: This paper is going to explore the stylistic features and translation of English for advertising. Firstly, this paper presents the definition, classification and functions of advertisement, then it mainly focuses on the verbal features such as vocabulary features, syntax features and the rhetoric features and translation under those features. As for the non-verbal features, this paper concentrates on the layout, music, color and so on. Finally, this paper concludes that a good mastering of the stylistic features contributes to the understanding of English advertisement and the development of advertising can enrich the grammar of English and translation should concord with its stylistic situation. The author hopes that this paper can act as a guide in the understanding of English advertisement, its grammar and translation.

广告英语的文体特征与翻译探讨
摘要:本文拟从文体学角度研究英语广告的文体特征和翻译。首先介绍了广告的概念,分类和目的, 然后主要研究了广告语言特征中的词汇特征,句法特征及修辞特征及其相应的翻译方法。在非语言特征方面,本文主要研究了广告的排版,音乐,色彩等对广告表达效果的影响。最后得出结论:对广告文体特征的把握可以帮助我们更好的理解英语广告。广告的发展又会扩大英语词汇并使其语法多样化。广告的翻译要兼顾文体上的等效。作者希望本文能够对英语广告及英语广告语言和翻译的理解起到一定的指导作用。
