论农村幼儿园的管理模式及发展前景
[摘要]幼儿教育是基础教育的重要组成部分,幼儿教育的发展对于促进儿童身心全面健康发展有积极作用,同时对普及义务教育,国民整体素质的整体提高以及实现小康社会全面建设的奋斗目标具有促进作用。本文针对幼儿教育行业中的幼儿园现状进行分析:首先,从幼儿园的建立、发展情况出发,并对影响幼儿园的生存因素进行仔细研究,找出我国当前造成幼儿教育落后的原因,其次,针对目前幼儿教育行业存在的问题提出可行的建议和措施,最后,结合当前的幼儿园发展情况思考,谋求一条促进我国幼儿教育的稳健发展的道路。

Abstract: Preschool education is an important part of basic education, the development of early childhood education for all-round development to promote children's physical and mental health, the popularization pulsory education, improve the overall quality of the national, has the important meaning to realize prehensive construction well-off society goal. This paper mainly from the actual situation of the kindergarten survival, development, according to the status quo of China's rural kindergarten were studied in detail, careful analysis of the causes of early childhood education in China lags behind, and puts forward some countermeasures, suggestions to promote the development of kindergarten, we hope to our country actual situation of kindergarten development thinking and teaching theory study bination, to find a way to promote the development of early childhood education in our country feasible way.
