文档介绍:毕业论文题目:浅谈香港房屋署预制构件施工工艺及其检查要求系别:建筑与环境工程系学生姓名:陆少坤班级:10建工3班学号:10156030110347指导教师:徐友辉完成时间:2012年12月目录目录·································································1内容提要·····························································2关键词·······························································21预制构件简介······················································32预制构件施工流程························································································································································································································································································································:·································································································63房屋署PASS检查要求················································74房屋署物料······················································115总结和建议······················································126参考文献······················································137附录··································································································································································15浅谈香港房屋署预制构件施工工艺及其检查要求建筑工程技术专业学生:陆少坤指导教师:徐友辉内容提要:房屋署在香港是以一个政府性质的单位,主要是修建公屋,缓解中下阶层人的居住问题,房屋署承接的每一个项目都是对质量、环保、使用年限的要求非常高,在海龙从事房屋署项目的我深有体会,每一个项目从投标到最后的竣工过程中你会发现与香港阿Sir们打交道过程中,他们对工程的质量追求非常高,工作态度非常严谨。例如每三个月的房屋署PASS评分不仅是关系到公司的利益而且还关系到中国建筑集团的投标利益,目前我们公司PASS评分100分已经连续九次,每月定期的RSE和PM检查,能看到这样的检查过程我是非常幸运,因为我能从香港阿Sir们的检查过程中发现他们对工作非常严谨,不放过工程上的任何一点瑕疵,每一个环节检查都非常仔细并且还要拍照取证等。本文主要是介绍房屋署项目预制构件的施工过程。关键词:预制构件;房屋署PASS检查要求;房屋署物料1预制构件简介目前海龙公司为香港房屋署提供的预制件产品类型:金属构件、混凝土构件土木工程混凝土预制构件、房屋预制构件。预制构件的型号分房屋工程和土木工程.。土木工程预制件包括:预制外墙,预制楼梯、Lostform、预制梁、预制柱、板预制楼板、预制阳台、楼梯平台、垃圾槽、整体厨卫间、GRC复合(此技术已取得的相关专利);土木工程包括:预制桥面、隧道管片、公路栏杆、预制桥墩、U型大梁、T型预制梁。①拆预埋架子;②接拆模通知单(强度达到大于等于15MPa);③拆旁板、活动快(合理有顺序的放在模具最近出);④吊运窗盖及模具底座;⑤模具翻转;⑥固定已翻转产品;
