课题名称:提速客车电空制动系统分析
摘要
以主型旅客列车25T型铁路旅客列车为主要对象,研究了客车电空制动系统的总体情况,详细地描述了电空制动系统各机械结构组成和特点,它主要从风源系统、制动机,基础制动装置三个方面说明了系统工作原理,纯净、干燥、定压的空气、具有良好制动性能的F8型电空制动机以及轴盘式盘形制动基础制动装置共同组建了当代先进、成熟的制动装置。在制动系统部分,为提高制动系统的可靠性采用了制动气路控制阀、制动管排的模块化组装集成技术,采用了制动系统的安全监控装置,本设计说明书调查了我国旅客客车基础制动装置在各型客车上的分布情况,根据发展趋势,对盘形基础制动装置的特点进行了深入分析。通过分析提速旅客列车运行技术特点,明确了电空制动系统和盘形基础制动装置在安全、舒适性、技术经济方面更具优势的结论。

ABSTRACT
