自贡市住宅房地产市场的分析与预测
摘要
从2008年的经济危机以来,我国房地产市场受到国家宏观政策的调控,房地产行业呈现波浪式前进。但是,房地产作为我国主要的国民经济支柱产业之一,相比其他行业,近几年来依然飞速发展,尤其是像自贡这样的三、四线城市表现得特别明显。那么,随着十八大的顺利召开,自贡的住宅房地产业的发展又将如何呢?
本文通过对自贡市房地产市场进行全面的市场调查,从需求、供给等不同方面分析目前自贡市房地产市场的特征与现状,对未来几年内自贡市住宅房地产市场的发展趋势做出理性的预测;得出自贡房地产市场进入平稳发展阶段并基本健康,自贡住宅需求量与房价呈上升趋势但增速趋缓等结论。

ABSTRACT
Our country’s real estate market has suffered the revision of national macro-policy since economic crisis of 2008, the real estate industry improved like waves. pared to other industries,real estate as one of our country’s major pillar industries of the national economy is still rapid development in recent years, four-tier cities express specially clear particularly , how is Zigong’s development of housing real estate industry with the 18th CPC National Congress convened Smoothly in the future?
This article is based on surveying to the Zigong’s real estate prehensively , analyzes the characteristics and present situation of Zigong’s real estate market from the demand、supply and other different aspects and make the rational prediction to Zigong’s house real estate market of development trend in the next few years. e to the conclusion that Zigong’s real estate market enter the smooth development stage besides healthy development and the Zigong’s house demand and house price are on the rise but the speed-up to e slower and so on.
