基于Hyperion系统的家居集团全面预算管理的实施与应用
摘要
预算管理是企业财务管理的重要组成部分,而全面预算管理是目前先进的管理方式,也是国内企业不断努力实现的预算管理方式。全面预算管理必然需要信息化的管理平台,家居集团的全面预算管理在Hyperion系统中得到了实施与应用。本文描述了家居集团全面预算中预算的编制、预算的分析、预算的审批和预算的控制等一系列过程的需求,并设计在预算系统中实施过程。预算编制涵盖了集团的八大条线的预算业务需求和在系统中的设计实现。预算分析涉及到实际数的简单ETL过程及自动化运行,保证进入预算系统的实际数准确及时。预算的控制与优化指出系统和管理制度上都存在这需要完善的地方。基于Hyperion系统的家居集团全面预算管理成功的实施与应用在行业内起着标杆作用。集团复杂的业务在系统中成功实现,借助系统平台成功地提高了企业预算管理的水平。随着企业的信息化程度的不断加深,预算管理水平和预算系统本身都还将进一步提高。

Abstract
Budget management is an important part of corporate financial management, prehensive budget management not only a advanced management methods, but also a method of budget management which the domestic enterprises constantly strive to achieve. Well, for prehensive budget management the information management platform is necessary, the Home Group's overall budget management is implemented in the Hyperion system. This paper describes the demand of the budget in the overall budget of the Home Group, such as budgeting, the budget analysis, the approval of the budget and budget control, and a series of process and design implementation process in the Hyperion system. Budgeting is about the budget requirements of the eight lines of Group and system design and implementation. The budget analysis relates to the simple ETL process design and automation run to ensure that the actual number of the budget system is accurate and up-to-date. The budget control and optimization of the budget is about something need to be perfected in the system itself and system management.
