基于J2EE的银行绩效系统的分析与设计
摘要
随着我国外资金融市场的全面开放,国外银行开始在大陆开设银行,争夺客户资源,国内商业银行业将面临更加激烈的竞争。为了在竞争的环境下取胜,开发出更多的金融产品,为客户提供更好的服务,银行越来越重视绩效考核和管理工作。建立科学的绩效考核体系是完成银行经营目标,实现银行利润最大化的有效管理手段,也是银行转变经营体制、改进管理体系的必然要求。同时,通过建立全面的绩效考核和评价体系来促进银行的快速、健康地发展,对于银行来说,具有重要的意义。
本文在分析了国内外银行绩效管理方面的方法和应用情况后,根据农业银行的经营管理要求和现状,指出农业银行建立绩效系统的需求。在此基础上分析了农业银行绩效考核系统的业务需求、功能需求和性能需求。从KPI指标、业绩评价和利润计算模型三个方面设计了农业银行绩效考核体系;确定了系统的功能后,对系统进行总体设计,并给出关键技术和主要功能模块的实现方法。最后对系统进行功能测试和性能测试。
系统采用JAVA语言开发,基于J2EE开发框架,分别整合Struts、Spring和Hibernate三种框架来实现系统。对系统功能进行模块化划分,降低系统间的信赖关系,提高系统的可扩展性,有利于升级和维护。农业银行绩效管理系统操作简单,实现了银行考核指标和业绩的自动化采集和处理,为银行绩效考核工作提供了可靠的量化数据,使得考核结果更加公开、公正和透明,简化了银行的考核流程,提高了工作效率和管理水平,从而提高了银行的核心竞争力。

Abstract
With the opening of global financial market, in order to grab customer resources, foreign banks began to set up anizations in China, mercial banks will face petition. For the sake of winning in petition ,bank will launch increasing financial products and a better service, thus, bank will pay more and more attentions to the performance measurement. Design a set of rational performance measurement system is an effective means for bank development,it can push bank to achieve the maximum profits. It is also the requset for bank to change management method of bank and to improve profit of bank. It is important to design prehensive performance evaluation and measurement mechanism,at the same time accelerate the development of bank fast and healthy.
The paper first analysis the methods and application of performance management both in domestic and overseas ,according to the needs and status of business management for Agricultural Bank of China, point out that the necessity of establishing performance management system. On this basis, the paper will analysis business needs, functional needs and performance needs of performance asssessment system for Agricultural Bank of China.
