It is really my honor to have this opportunity / ɔpə’tju:niti / for an interview. First let me introduce myself. My name is Zhao Lei, I am thirty years old. I graduated /`grædjueitid/ from Shenyang University of Technology in July of twenty o five (). I am mature/ mə’tjuə/,self-motivated and have strong interpersonal skills. I have positive working attitude and be willing and able to work diligently /ˈdɪlɪdʒəntlɪ/ without supervision.
In the past 6 years I have devoted myself to the job of human resources. Through my efforts, I change from an office employee to manager. Nowadays, I am a Human Resources Manager of Shenyang Baifeng Medicine pany. As a human resources Manager, I am good at setting strategies, developing policies, performance examination, training and so on. I am also in charge of quality management department and storage and transport department.
To be closely connected with Dalian University of Technology, my wife and brother both graduated from there. in addition, it is the forerunner(先驱) of Modern Management Education and the cradle of MBA in China. It has rich experience of MBA education. It is The Sharing Center of Chinese Case Management. And I know, the management Cases is very important to my work in future.
Of course, if I am given a chance to study MBA in this famous university, I will share no effort to master the knowledge of management, and then I can form a systematic view of business management and make a solid foundation for my profession after (two and a half year) study here.
