电信综合资源管理系统的借口设计与实现
当今,中国电信信息化技术的发展建设已经相当迅速,已由之前的第二代移动通信技术迈进了第三代移动通信技术(大家熟知的3G技术),并积极地研发下一代移动通信技术。因为需要电信企业支撑系统功能的不断提高,同时应对国内移动通信领域市场日趋激烈竞争的需要,提高电信企业市场竞争力,现已成为电信企业面临的一大难题。
为了提升电信企业自身的市场竞争力,就一定得提高业务的经营管理水平和服务质量,电信企业就一定得拥有先进的运营支撑系统。电信综合资源管理系统是运营支撑系统的分支,所以,领先的电信综合资源管理系统和强大的对外系统功能接口,来实现对服务开通、服务保障、企业管理、运维管理等相关业务流程的支持,快速满足前端业务开通的需求,成为一个相当关键的问题。
鉴于此,本文主要以某电信企业运营支撑系统的项目改造与电信综合资源管理系统的维护为背景,剖析电信综合资源管理系统的体系结构和对外接口的研究,简要分析电信综合资源管理系统与其对外部系统的交互。码号模块作为电信综合资源管理系统的组成部分,在电信综合资源系统与客户关系管理系统之间的交互基础上,根据码号模块接口功能协议,怎样设计电信综合资源管理系统( Resource Management System,TRMS)与客户关系管理系统(Customer relationship Management System,CRM)交互之间码号模块的接口,从而实现在电信综合资源管理系统架构下的接口开发和实际应用。

Abstract
At present, the development of China’s munications information construction very rapidly towards third generation munication technology, we are familiar from second-generation munication technology, and actively developing the next generation of munications technology. Because of the need of system function of supporting munication enterprise continue to improve, also need to deal with the domestic munications market is ing increasingly petition, improve the petitiveness of enterprises, has e a major problem faced by enterprises.
Therefore, in order to improve the munication enterprise petitiveness, it is necessary to improve the business operating level and quality of service, panies must have advanced operations support systems, the integrated resource management system is an integral part of the operation support system. Therefore, the state-of-the-art munications integrated resource management systems as well as system powerful foreign function interface, in order to achieve the service provisioning, service assurance, enterprise management, operation and maintenance management business processes support, front-end service fulfillment quickly meet demand, e a very core problems.
