摘要
砂浆是建筑工程中用途较广的一种材料,而粉煤灰是工业废渣之一,本文就水泥砂浆中掺入不同掺量的粉煤灰后其强度改变情况进行研究。粉煤灰作为掺合料直接用于砂浆中,能改善砂浆的强度指标及其他性能,节约原材料,利用粉煤灰降低砂浆成本,减少环境污染。既有经济价值,又有社会效益。为了研究粉煤灰掺量对砂浆强度的影响,、,分别以0%,10%,20%,30%和40%的粉煤灰掺量配制砂浆,测定流动度后,在不同龄期进行强度对比试验。
结果表明:当水胶比一定时,随粉煤灰掺量的增加,对砂浆的流动性起到一定的改善作用;掺粉煤灰的水泥砂浆的早期强度会随着粉煤灰掺量的增加而降低,但其后期强度随着龄期的增长会逐渐提高并超过未掺粉煤灰的砂浆强度。在本文的试验条件中,得到粉煤灰砂浆获得最大强度对应的粉煤灰掺量在30%左右。

ABSTRACT
Mortar is an building engineering wider using a kind of material, and fly ash is one of industrial waste, the cement mortar with different proportion of fly ash on the strength of the change. Fly ash as admixtures directly for mortar, can improve the strength of the mortar index and other properties, save raw materials, by using fly ash reduce mortar costs, reduce the pollution of the environment. Both economic value, and social benefits. In order to research the fly ash content effect on the strength of mortar, use , two different water-binder ratio, respectively by 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of the fly ash content preparation mortar, determine the fluidity, strength in different age contrast test.
The result shows: when water-binder ratio must be, with the increase of the fly ash content, the liquidity of mortar plays a certain role to improve; The mixed fly ash cement mortar early strength of will with the fly ash content and reduce the increase, but the post strength with the growth of the age will gradually improve and more than those of the mineral coal fly ash mortar strength. In this paper the experimental conditions, get maximum intensity corresponding for fly ash mortar of the fly ash content at about 30%.
