摘要
随着社会的发展,生活节奏的加快,社会物质表现多样化,人们的心理发生了巨大的变化,大学生正处在从象牙塔步入社会的关键时期,不可避免的出现许多的心理问题,大学生心理的健康成长关系到社会的和谐稳定和大学生自身以及家庭的健康发展;因此,关注大学生成长过程中的心理健康成为全社会关注的焦点。对我校的大学生进行心理健康的调查研究,可以从整体上了解我校大学生的心理健康状况,为我校的大学生心理工作提供一定的数据支持,因此对我校大学生的心理健康进行调查是有必要的。这次调查以症状自评量表(SCL-90)为测量工具,采用随机抽样的方法在河南科技学院大一到大三的学生中选取被试450人。最后用频数统计、独立样本T检验和方差分析的统计方法对数据进行处理与呈现。通过调查研究显示,河南科技学院大学生的心理健康水平同相比要差;来自农村的大学生心理健康水平高于来自城市的大学生;男生心理健康水平高于女生;大三的心理健康水平低于大一和大二并且有显著性差异;在几大类专业中食品类最差,其次是理科类、农学类、文科类、体育系,体育系的心理健康水平最好。
