随着我国经济的快速发展,近年来建筑业呈现出上升趋势。然而由于市场经
济的深入,建筑企业在业务量增长的同时,却面临着利润率的下滑。面对激烈的
竞争,只有加强工程项目的成本管理,才能够在竞争中获得优势,因而建筑工程
项目成本管理的理论研究和实践显得越来越重要。
本文以建筑工程项目的成本管理为研究对象,通过对国内建筑企业的调查实
践,并结合国内外工程项目成本管理的研究现状,研究我国建筑工程项目成本管
理,指出存在的问题以及原因,并为此总结出工程项目成本管理的内容和一些有
效的方法。论文还根据总结出的理论方法,结合现在的计算机技术和 Z 建筑公司
的成本管理的特点,构建了 Z 公司的基于 web 的工程项目成本管理系统。论文的
研究成果对加强建筑工程项目的成本管理,提高工程项目的整体管理水平,提升
建筑企业的利润率和竞争力,具有积极的理论和实践意义。
本文首先介绍了研究的背景,分析国内外工程项目成本管理的现状,指出本
文主要内容及结构安排。其次,从整体上阐述了工程项目成本管理的特点和管理
的基础,并指出我国工程项目成本管理的现状及存在的问题,以及未来发展的趋
势。第三,结合前面的内容,重点地介绍了工程项目成本管理的内容,并指出结
合实际情况要注意的问题,然后借鉴项目管理理论,介绍了挣值原理在成本控制
中的应用。第四,将理论结合实际作为落脚点,根据分析 Z 建筑公司的成本管理
特点,详细介绍基于 web 的 Z 公司成本管理系统的实现。最后,对全文进行了总
结,提出有待进一步研究的问题。

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy, there is large demand of construction
projects. However, the construction enterprises are confused with the drop of profit
margin because of the petition. Facing this situation, the only useful way is to
enhance the cost management of construction enterprises. So, it’s more and more
important to research and practice on the cost management of construction engineering
project.
In this paper, the cost management of the construction engineering projects is
regarded as the objects. On the basis of the earnest inquisition and collecting information
from abroad to foreign, this paper studies the present condition of Chinese engineering
project cost management, analyzes the reasons for the existed problems, and summarizes
the content and some useful methods of the cost management of engineering projects. To
make it more practicable, the paper also builds a web based cost management
information system for pany. The study result has the positive meaning to improve
the cost management level, the profit margin petitiveness of construction
enterprises.
