摘要
威士忌在洋酒市场占有较大份额,目前市场上的威士忌酒包装分为纸包装、塑料包装和金属包装三大类,其中纸包装占整个市场较大比例。本课题的主要目的是通过对现有纸包装设计的改进,来提高销售量。
首先,根据市场调查资料,剖析威士忌在当前市场的发展现状和所存在的问题,确定现有纸包装的抗压能力不强,结构单一等问题作为课题的主要研究对象,再根据解决问题方法的不同提出了设计方案,一是以保护功能和自动化为主要特点的折叠纸盒;另一是以结构和造型为主要特点的异型盒。通过从结构的稳定性和造型的视觉取悦性等角度对设计方案做比较分析,提出结构稳定性好的异型盒作为最终设计方案。
其次,在材料选择方面,对单面白纸板、箱板纸和厚纸板等材料的机械性能、印刷性能的进行比较,确定包装材料为应用广泛,性能良好的白纸板。
最后,针对设计方案进行了尺寸设计、哥特风格的装潢设计以及制造工艺等问题的讨论。在整个设计过程中,每一个环节都遵守其基本的原则,使设计出的包装具有可实现性、可操作性、可应用性。使设计出来的包装可应用到实际的生产中去,为包装设计领域提供有益的参考。

ABSTRACT
Whiskey possesses a large share in the wine market. In the current market, Whiskey packagings include three categories as paper packaging, plastic packaging, and metal packaging, in which paper packaging accounts for a large proportion of the market. The main purpose of this project is to increase sales through the improving of existing design of paper packaging.
First, current whiskey market status and the problems are analyzed according to market survey data. The main subject of study is determined as the problems that the existing paper packaging’s lack pression capacity and the structures are monotonous. Design solutions are proposed according to different methods. One solution is a folding carton with the main features of protection and automation; the other is a special-shaped carton based on the structure and shape as the main characteristics. Through analysis of structural stability and visual pleasing of patterns to the design solutions, special-shaped carton with stable structure is chosen as the final solution.
