摘要
随着改革开放的不断深化,我国的产品市场形势发生了显著的变化,计划经济体制下的一套管理模式已无法适应市场经济的要求,企业正面临着国内外剧烈竞争的大市场,客户对产品需求越来越趋于多样化,纷纷从单一的生产方式向混合型生产发展,小批量柔性生产势在必行, 产品的生命周期日趋缩短,要求交货期亦变得越来越短。在要求准时交货的同时,客户还要求高技术、高质量和低价格的产品。这些要求推动了ERP在我国企业中的应用,加速了我国企业财务业务一体化的产生和发展。同时财务一体化在企业中的应用,为我国的企业管理提出了更高的要求。
  本文通过分析当前我国企业财务业务一体化的现状和影响因素,并介绍了ERP在企业财务中的应用,在ERP环境下企业财务一体化的流程设计及相关概况研究了企业财务一体化的软件模块和功能模块,并对财务一体化流程设计进行了研究。

Abstract
With the deepening of reform and opening up, our product market situation changed dramatically, under the planning economic system of a set of management mode can not meet the requirement of market economy, enterprises are facing petition at home and abroad and the big market, the customer to product demand more and more tend diversification, in ession from a single mode of production to hybrid production development, small batch flexible production is imperative, of the product life cycle is shorter, the requirement is also ing more and more short delivery. In the requirements on time delivery and at the same time, the customer will high technology, high quality and low price products. These requirements promote the ERP in our country enterprise application, accelerate the our country enterprise financial integration of production and development. At the same time the application in enterprise financial integration, for our country enterprise management put forward higher request.
