新乡市健身俱乐部现状的调查与分析
摘要:通过文献资料法、访谈法等研究方法对新乡市目前的健身俱乐部进行了多方位的了解,通过了解健身俱乐部的部门结构、消费人群、营销方式、私教情况、薪资体制等情况,可以发现,随着社会主义市场经济的蓬勃发展,人民生活水平的逐渐提高以及每周五天工作制的实施,城市居民特别是大中城市居民的余暇时间和可支配收入的逐步增多,现今社会人们对于养生保健越来越重视,健身俱乐部的发展势头良好。为了满足人们的健身需要,越来越多的健身会所会随之出现,并日趋发展成为一种潮流。但目前新乡市的健身俱乐部还存许多问题,例如:部分健身房收费过高、后续服务不佳、人才流失严重、薪资体制不完善等问题。本文旨在通过此次研究能够增强人们的健身意识,同时希望能够为新乡市健身俱乐部的更好发展提供一些参考性意见。
