摘要
本文提出了融模糊综合评判和模糊聚类分析于一体的模糊综合法,给出了将特尔菲法与层次分析法相结合的定权步骤以及与K无关的聚类分析步骤。应用表明,该方法定级结果唯一且符合实际。
背景
正确评定土地等级,建立科学的土地等级体系,是土地科学中最重要的研究内容之一。
为了建立科学的土地等级体系,土地科学工作者们采用过模糊综合评判。它充分顾及了土地质量界线的模糊性,但在根据最大隶属度或主导因素原则对综合评判矩阵确定定级结果时,丢失了各评价单元之间的相关信息,容易造成与实际不符的定级结果。鉴于此,有人采用模糊聚类分析。该法兼顾了各评价单元之间的相关信息,在很大程度上弥补了模糊综合评判的不足,也取得了一些成效。但它在获取原始信息和选取
