AnnexinⅡ和Ki-67在胆管癌中的表达及意义

摘要:目的分析胆管癌组织中膜粘连蛋白Ⅱ(AnnexinⅡ) 和细胞核增殖抗原(Ki-67)的表达,并探讨其与胆管癌临床
病理特征之间的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学染色法检测AnnexinA2和Ki-67蛋白在58例胆管癌组织和癌旁胆管组织及
15例非肿瘤胆管组织中的表达,结合临床病理学资料进行统计分析。结果 AnnexinⅡ在三种组织中阳性表达率分别为
%(43/58)、%(18/58)、%(2/15),差异有统计学意义。Ki-%(47/58)、
%(22/58)、%(1/15),其阳性表达在三种组织之间均有统计学意义。AnnexinⅡ和Ki-67蛋白阳性表达与胆管癌的组织
学分级、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关。胆管癌中AnnexinⅡ和Ki-67蛋白表达呈正相关。结论 AnnexinⅡ、Ki-67与胆管癌
的发生、发展和淋巴结转移有关,可作为胆管癌诊断的辅助指标,综合应用二项指标对评价胆管癌的恶性程度及预后可能
有一定的参考价值。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of AnnexinⅡand Ki-67 in cholangio-carcinoma and their correlations with
clinical and pathological features. Methods 58 samples of cholangiocarcinoma and its surrounding tissue and 15 samples of non-
carcinoma bile duct tissue were obtained and the expressions of AnnexinⅡand Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemistry
method. Statistical analysis was performed with reference to the related clinical and pathological feature. Results
