电子期刊出版问题及高校馆藏资源建设路径分析

摘要:中外文期刊数据库在高校图书馆电子数据库中占绝对主导地位,主要采用集群网络化的出版模式,长
期以来存在时滞过长、同质化严重、完整性不足、稳定性不高、
和谐统一、特色馆藏与一般馆藏关系建设、虚拟馆藏与现实馆藏协调发展、期刊文献资源实现共建共享等方面
出发,分析了电子期刊建设的有效路径,提出了一些切实可行的解决办法.
