摘要
随着我国GSM数字移动通信事业的蓬勃发展,移动用户对网络质量的要求越来越高,移动运营商也开始越来越重视移动网络的质量,因为移动运营商的核心竞争力就在于移动网络质量的好坏。网络优化是提高移动网络质量的最直接和最有效的方法,而其中对无线网络的优化又是网络优化中最重要、最复杂的一项内容。论文对GSM网络无线部分设计与优化进行了深入研究。简要介绍了GSM数字移动通信系统的发展现状、系统基本构成、各个子系统的结构组成和各组成实体的各自作用、接口,并对无线部分的接口作了较为详细的介绍。然后阐述了网络优化的重要意义,网络优化的基本概念、优化目标、网络优化的工作流程以及在无线网络优化中经常使用的几种方法。重点介绍了影响GSM网络运行的主要技术指标:掉话率、阻塞率、切换成功率、RACH接入有效性、分配失败率的分析和优化,提出了相应改善指标的解决办法。再联系现网实际情况,对日益复杂的无线环境进行了分析,对网络中可能存在的干扰种类和原因,以及如何排除干扰的措施。并对影响GSM网络覆盖的重要因素,实施了切合工程实际的无线网络优化方案,大幅度提升网络质量,并以此为基础进一步研究了用户话务行为,用户增长趋势,对工程建设和网络扩容提出了建议,完成了网络规划设计的初步方案。最后通过对无线优化室内覆盖中一些实际案例的分析,理论与实际相结合,将网络优化的一些方法在实际工作中进行了验证,,希望能对今后的优化工作有所帮助,取得更好的效果。

Briefly introduced the GSM digital munication system's development present situation, the basic structure, position and structure of each subsystem position entity respective functions, interface, and the interface for wireless part are introduced in detail.
