摘要
本建筑为某市第十高级中学教学楼,建筑功能主要作为学生上课和教师办公使用。主体六层,总建筑面积8646m2,为学校主要建筑。按照建筑设计要求,所有教师办公室均配有个人电脑,并安装空调。要求结合区域供电条件、学校用电管理及节约用电需求、学校安全保卫需要等客观情况,合理确定工程设计方案。
本设计共主要包括强电和弱电两部分设计。强电部分主要内容包括:低压配电系统、照明插座系统及防雷接地系统的设计,其中照明系统、低压配电系统又包括照度计算、照明负荷计算、插座的负荷计算、空调负荷计算等。弱电部分主要内容包括:综合布线系统、火灾自动报警系统。
本设计以国家有关的设计规范和标准以及有关专业提供的设计资料为主要依据,对整个工程的各个系统进行设计,重点考虑节能性和安全性。照明系统中主要采用利用系数法对灯具的数量进行计算;空调系统根据房间的冷热负荷进行估算;确定主接线方式;防雷系统依据建筑物防雷设计规范进行设计;综合布线系统设计依据综合布线系统工程设计规范进行设计。

Abstract
This building is the senior middle school, which function is mainly as a student and teacher office. Main body has six layers, a total construction area of 8646m2, which is the landmark building for the school. According to the architectural design requirements, all the teachers’ offices are equipped with puter, and the installation of air conditioning. Combination with regional power supply condition, school power supply management and save electricity demand, school security needs and circumstances are required, and reasonably determine the engineering design.
The design of high voltage and weak report mainly includes two parts design. In high voltage part main content includes: low voltage distribution system, lighting socket system and lightning proof grounding system design, in which the illumination system, low voltage distribution system and including intensity of putation, lighting, socket load calculation of load calculation, air conditioning load calculation, etc. Weak part of the main content includes: integrated wiring system, automatic fire alarm and fire linkage system.
The design based on the nation relevant design regulations and standards and relevant professional design material, designing the entire project of each system, and considers mainly energy conservation and safety.
