摘要:电子商务就是利用现在先进的电子技术从事各种商业活动的形式,它作为一种新兴的商务形式,给世界经济带来了一个全新的概念。电子商务以其高效率、低成本、快速通信、全天候服务等优点,受到世界各国的重视,发展势头强劲。目前发达国家的电子商务已逐步涉及到各个领域,我国的电子商务还处于起步阶段。通过对当前国内外流行的电子商务的发展现状进行描述,指出我国电子商务存在的制约因素,寻找符合我国国情的电子商务发展对策。从趋势上看,我国电子商务必须向纵深化、专业化、国际化、区域化发展。

(一)电子商务的含义
何谓电子商务?
事实上大多数人是解释不清除电子商务(merce)这个概念的,专家们也在为它的精确定义而争论不休。简单地讲,电子商务是指两方或多方通过计算机和某种形式的计算机网络(等等)进行商务活动的过程。它包括企业和企业之间的商务活动、网上的零售业和金融企业的数字化处理过程。
一些专家甚至认为电子商务包括商业活动中的所有内容,从广告信息发布到打印发票和客户服务。merce和IBM提出的e-Business经常是交换使用的,他们是指的是相同的概念,当然你也可以把它翻译为电子交易,电子商业等等。电子商务这个概念起源于七十
