现代医疗模式的转变、医疗技术的发展、医疗制度的改革、建筑设计理念的
更新、建筑技术和材料的发展、社会需求和文化导向等等都为医院建筑的发展起
到巨大的推动作用。在这样的背景下,为了适应医疗事业日新月异的变化形势,
模块化医院这种从细部到全局整体的高适应性、高弹性生长的设计理论越来越受
到设计者和院方的欢迎。国内学者也尝试着进行模块化理论的研究和实践,并诞
生了一批优秀的设计成果。
山地占我国国土面积的 2/3,我国医疗资源的优化配置和更新换代的变革浪潮
面临着向山区环境的发展,山地地形有不利的因素,但实践证明山地医院不会由
于地形限制而拒绝现代医院模式和先进的设计理念,在模块化医院建设中,地形
的高差也可能带来有利的契机和变化。
本文首先通过对国际模块化设计理论的研究分析,结合我国国情提出实践中
面对的疑惑,明确本文的研究方向;其次,介绍了模块化医院的设计理论,揭示
了模块化医院的内涵和外延,将德鲁教授提出的有关模块化医院的系统分级理论
作为本文研究的理论基础;第三,通过对山地模块化医院建设的影响因素剖析,
分析模块化医院在山地环境中的优势,提出了适合山地环境的设计解决方案,并
结合山地建筑特色处理手法,归纳出适用于山地模块化医院建筑的模块分级方法
和设计途径;第四,结合山地城市用地形势,提出了山地医院模块的三维整合理
论,并以系统化理论为指导,分别从医院的功能组织、交通体系和模块的连接与
生长等几个层面详细论述了山地模块化医院的设计方法。
为了山地医院长远发展要求,我们有必要吸收先进的建筑设计理念,期望本
文能够为将来山地模块化医院建设提供一定的参考价值。

ABSTRACT
The changing pattern of modern medicine, development of medical technology,
health care reform, updating the concept of architectural design, development of
building technology and materials, social needs and cultural orientation, etc., play a
tremendous role in promoting development of hospital buildings. In this context, in
order to adapt to the situation of rapid changes in the medical cause, modular hospital
that the design theory from detail to the total for the high adaptability and high
flexibility in the growth, increasingly been ed by designers and hospital.
Domestic scholars also try studying and practicing modular theory, and a number of
outstanding design results also will be born.
