魏西晋诸侯王管理制度探究
中文摘要
本文旨在论述魏西晋时期诸侯王管理政策及其前后变化。主要论述了曹魏至
西晋时期中央王朝对诸侯王政策的实行情况,比较两朝对诸侯王政策的差异,并
着重分析了各朝采取不同宗室政策的原因以及对中央政权的影响。通过对魏西晋
诸侯王管理政策的研究,可以使我们深入地了解到宗室诸王实际的政治生活处
境,更能深刻地领会到宗室王在社会舞台上起到的重要作用。从整个魏西晋时期
宗室的管理政策来看,宗室政治势力对于当时各种政治力量的发展起到了平衡作
用,对魏西晋皇权政治的运转起到了积极的促进作用,从而更好地了解魏西晋这
一时代的政治制度的发展概况。

Study of the Management System of Wei and Xi Jin
Princes
ENGLISH Abstract
This article discusses the management policies of Wei and Xi jin princes and its
changes. Mainly discusses the practise of central government policy to the princes
from Cao wei to Xi jin, comparing the different policies of each dynasty. And
analyzes the reasons why each dynasty have different policies, and find its impact on
the central government. We can deeply aware of the actual living conditions of the
princes by studying of the management system of Wei and Xi jin princes, making us
profoundly understanding the important role of princes in the society. From the point
of the management policies to the princes of the whole Wei and Xi jin period, the
princes political forces played a balancing role to the development of every political
forces in that time, It played a positive promoting role to better the politics of Wei and
Xi jin, thereby better understanding the political system development of this period.
