基于本体的物资管理领域企业行为数据模型研究
摘要
企业信息化的核心是数字化,数字化企业管理过程的实质是对数据处理的过程,
其特征是用数据描述企业、企业的产品,记录企业的管理活动,反映企业的状态,指
控企业的行为。基于控制论思想,企业数据按照所描述的企业对象可划分为企业状态
数据、企业特征数据、企业行为数据与企业绩效数据四个类型。企业行为数据与其它
三个类型的数据存在着紧密的联系,在企业数据模型中处于核心地位,因此有必要对
其加以深入研究。
本文以一般制造企业物资管理职能区域为研究对象,以建立记录和反映物资管理
运作过程的企业行为数据模型为目的,引入本体论方法,从静态和动态两个方面建立
了物资管理领域的本体模型,在本体模型的基础上得到物资领域企业行为数据模型和
整个物资管理领域的数据模型。
运用七步法本体建模方法,在éé 本体建模工具中构建了物资管理
领域静态本体模型,以本体模型表示语言存储了此本体模型,此静态本体模型
澄清了物资管理领域内的实体及实体间的关系,为后续研究提供了共享的术语;在静
态本体模型的基础上对物资管理领域的管理过程和管理活动进行了分析,并对该
领域内的数据文件按照所描述的企业对象进行了分类,得到了该领域包含的企业行为
数据文件。运用情景演算方法构建了物资管理领域动态本体模型——物资管理领域情
景演算模型,从情景演算模型中分析得到每个企业行为数据表的字段信息,给出了以
关系模式表示的物资管理领域的企业行为数据模型,结合其它类型的数据给出了整个
物资管理领域的数据模型。
以该方法同样可建立企业其它管理职能区域内的企业行为数据模型及整个管理职
能区域的数据模型,进而可建立起企业级全程数据模型,有利于企业管理信息系统标
准数据环境的建立。

Purchase and Inventory Management Domain Based on
Ontology
ABSTRACT
Digitization is the core of enterprise informationization. The essential of the process of
management in the digital enterprise is to deal with the digit. The features of the digital
enterprise are using the digit to describe the enterprise and the products of the enterprise, to
record the enterprise management activities, to reflect the states of the enterprise, to control
the enterprise operation. Based on ics, the enterprise data are divided into four types,
. enterprise state data, enterprise feature data, enterprise action data and enterprise
performance data, according to the objects described by enterprise data. Enterprise action
data have tight relations with the other three types’ data, and it is the core of the enterprise
data model. So, it is necessary to research on the action enterprise data model, in detail.
