PDM是制造企业的基础信息平台,它可将企业各种信息系统联系到一起,优化或重
组产品研发过程。作为制造企业的核心数据,物料清单(BOM)是PDM系统管理的重
要对象,在企业信息系统集成中起着关键性的作用。因而,BOM管理是企业信息化建设
的重要内容。
本文结合国家 863 计划和工程应用项目,研究了基于 PDM 的 BOM 管理技术。在
BOM 信息建模与管理方面,提出了运用多种类型的 UML 图对 BOM 进行建模的方式;
建立了采用关系数据库和 XML 方式进行 BOM 数据存储与遍历的技术;制定了 PDM 系
统中零组件版本和 BOM 项的编码规则,实现了 BOM 的树形结构管理。在 BOM 的多
视图管理方面,通过分析 BOM 视图划分建立了 BOM 视图转换技术,包括 BOM 数据
共享、属性扩展以及根据不同存储方式对 BOM 进行结构重组等;定义了 BOM 发放和
更改流程,制定了相关的权限管理策略;建立了基于 BOM 视图转换的信息系统集成技
术,包括系统封装、数据库共享、中间文件保存和网络传输方式等。在 BOM 的配置管
理方面,在 PDM 平台上建立了基于版本和基于变量的 BOM 配置方法,实现了面向对
象思想在 BOM 配置中的应用。
应用上述方法与技术,开发了基于 PDM 产品 Teamcenter Engineering 的 BOM 管理
系统,并在汽车制造企业及航天企业得到成功应用。

Abstract
Product Data Management (PDM) is the infrastructural information platform of
manufacturing enterprises, which can relate kinds of information systems together to optimize
and reform the research and development of products. Bill of Material (BOM) which is the
important object managed in PDM, and plays a key role in integration of enterprise
information systems. Therefore BOM is the important content in enterprise
informationalization.
Taking national 863 program and several engineering application projects for examples,
this thesis researches into the management technologies of BOM based on PDM. In modeling
and managing BOM information, several kinds of UML diagrams for modeling BOM is
provided; the technology of using RDBMS and XML to store and iterate BOM data is
established; the coding of BOM line and item revision in PDM are ruled, and the management
in tree structure of BOM are realized. In the multi-view management of BOM, the
transformation technology of BOM views, including sharing BOM data and extending BOM
properties, and reforming the structure of BOM according to different storage modes, is
established by analyzing the differences of BOM views; the release process and change
process of BOM are defined and the relative authorization strategies are institu
