摘要
随着全球经济的发展国际化市场竞争日益激烈顾客需求日益多样化社会
需求的不确定性大大增强现代企业如何在新的环境中取得竞争优势成为企业关注
的焦点供应链管理作为一种新的管理模式以其快速响应市场需求战略管理
柔性高等特点越来越受到了人们的关注供应链管理在实施过程中需要耗费大
量的人力物力和财力承受来自管理组织和产品的各种风险所以必须进行严
格的核算和有效的绩效评价企业管理者才能做出正确的决策企业资源和社会资
源才能得到合理有效的配置因此在供应链管理体系中为了确保供应链能够持
续稳定地发展建立科学全面的供应链绩效评价体系已经成为一个亟待解决的问题
本文通过比较供应链绩效评价与一般企业绩效评价的异同指出了供应链绩效
评价的主要内容和分析评价的主要原则并对供应链绩效的影响因素进行了分析
在 SCOR 模型和平衡记分法的基础上充分考虑供应链的短期目标与长期目标外
部绩效与内部绩效财务指标与非财务指标定量指标与定性指标之间的平衡重
点从业务流程财务状况产品质量顾客满意四个方面建立供应链的绩效评价体
系进而通过对层次分析法基本原理的分析提出了将模糊层次分析方法运用于供
应链绩效评价的思路并建立了供应链绩效的模糊递阶层次评价模型

Abstract
With the development of global economy, the international and petition
for market is ing ardent, the demand of customers is showing diversified, and the
uncertainty of the social demand is strengthened greatly. How modern enterprises make
petition advantage has e the focus that enterprises pay close attention to in
the new environment. As a kind of new management mode, supply chain management
with the characteristic of responding market demand, strategic management and high
flexibility, has e more and more important. Supply chain management needs to
expend a large amount of manpower, material resources and financial resources, and bear
various kinds of risks from management, organization and products in the course of
implementation. So, to make correct decision and get the rational and effective disposition
of social resource, enterprise’s administrator must carry on strict calculating and
appraising to the effective performance. Therefore, in order to guarantee that the supply
chain can be developed continually and steadily, setting up the overall scientific system of
appraising the supply chain has already e a problem urgently to be solved.
