摘要
晶闸管直流稳压电源是通过三相全控桥式整流电路把交流电转化为稳定的直流电直接向负载供电的装置。它性能好、价格便宜、工作可靠,被广泛应用于精密电子测量仪器、自动控制装置和电子计算机中等。其设计重点是保证较高的电能转化效率和输出直流电压的稳定性。
本文着重介绍了晶闸管直流稳压电源的主电路和触发电路,其主电路由整流变压器、三相全控桥式整流电路和滤波电路组成。其触发电路由同步变压器,KJ004、KJ041和ULN2003,以及六个脉冲变压器组成。产生六路双脉冲触发整流电路中的六个晶闸管。保护电路主要包括过电压保护和过电流保护,用于保证各元器件的可靠运行,和安全操作。
本文所设计的晶闸管直流稳压电源能够提供10V到100V连续可调的直流电压,有较大的调压范围,在电网电压波动或负载变化等干扰出现时,也能够输出较稳定的电压,从而能够满足电子设备对电源电压的要求。

Abstract
The thyristor DC Voltage-stabilized power through the entire three-phase bridge rectifier circuit integrates AC into DC stable directly to the load power supply devices. Its good performance and low prices, reliable, Widely used in sophisticated electronic measuring instruments, automatic control devices and electronic calculators. The design focus is on ensuring a higher energy conversion efficiency and output DC voltage stability.
This paper introduces the thyristor DC Voltage-stabilized power ponent by the Main circuit and the trigger circuit. Its main circuit by the rectifier transformers, full control of three-phase bridge rectifier circuits and filter ponents, output the required DC. The trigger circuit ponent by the synchronized transformer, KJ004, KJ041 and ULN2003. and six pulse transformers. It produced six double-pulse triggered the six thyristors of the rectifier circuit. Protection circuits include over-voltage protection and over-current protection, ponents used to ensure the reliable operation and safety.
In this paper, the thyristor DC power supply can provide 10 V to 100 V continuous adjustable DC voltage .has a bigger accent to press the scope,It is output voltage is stabilized when the Voltage fluctuations in the power grid load or changes interference occurs, So as to meet the electronic equipment to the power supply requirements.
