摘要
黑液是造纸工业中的主要污染源,采用碱回收工艺,即对黑液进行浓缩和燃烧,可以有效地解决这一问题,同时达到回收热能和黑液中碱的目的。一般在黑液进入蒸发器进行蒸发前都要进行预热,以缩小温差来提高蒸发的效率。黑液的预热通常采用固定管板式换热器,其具有单位体积传热面积大、结构紧凑、坚固、传热效果好、耐高温高压和生产能力大等特点。
本设计在充分了解黑液性质,黑液预热的过程以及固定管板式换热器的结构和性能的前提下,依据给定的设计条件,从工艺计算开始,对预热器的传热及阻力性能进行了计算与校核;接着对预热器的筒体、管箱、管板、法兰等重要结构部件进行了计算与校核,并对黑液输送泵进行了选型;最后应用软件对预热器整体进行强度校核。整个设计过程可以为以后的设计和生产提供依据和参考。

Design of Black Liquor Preheater
Abstract
The black liquor is a major source of pollution in the paper industry. Using the alkali recovery process which is black liquor concentration bustion can solve this problem effectively, and achieve the purpose of heat and black liquor alkali recovery. Before the black liquor going to the evaporator, it must be preheated to reduce the temperature difference and improve the efficiency of evaporation. The black liquor is usually preheated by the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger, which has many characteristics such as a large heat transfer area per unit volume, compact, sturdy, high heat transfer capacity, high temperature and pressure resistance and large capacity .
In this design, based on fully understanding the characters of black liquor, preheating process, and the fixed tube sheet heat exchanger structure and performance, the process calculation is done first to calculate and check on the heat transfer and pressure drop performances of the preheater with the given design conditions. Then the cylinder, tube box, tube sheets, flanges of the preheater and other important ponents are calculated and checked. The black liquor transfer pump is also selected. The overall strength of the preheater is checked by using the application software SW6. This design can provide the basis and reference for future design and production
