基于技术创新的中小企业转型与成长过程研究
摘要
随着经济全球化和新科技革命的到来,大批传统产业的中小企业的经营环境正在发生
着日新月异的变化,面临着许多新的困难和挑战。近几年来,一批中小企业通过技术创新
成功实现了向现代企业的转型,改造成为科技型中小企业,实现自身发展的新突破,焕发
了新的活力。总结他们的成功经验,并进行相应的理论分析,用于指导其它从事传统产业
生产的中小企业通过技术创新转变为科技型中小企业、突破发展的瓶颈,成为一个具有重
要理论意义和应用价值的研究课题。本文结合对石家庄无线电四厂的实例调查研究,对此
课题进行了实例分析和理论分析。主要内容有:
1、界定中小企业的概念,描述目前我国中小企业的发展现状和面临的主要问题,提
出通过技术创新将传统中小企业转型为科技型中小企业是企业突破发展困境的有效途径。
2、界定科技型中小企业的概念,对科技型中小企业和传统中小企业进行分析和比较。
3、结合企业技术创新理论和实例分析对中小企业转型和成长过程进行分析和研究,
描述其转型及成长过程,进行情景模拟,构建出成长情景模式图,并通过成长过程分析找
出企业发展的影响因素、关键环节和障碍因素。
4、针对以上分析,为中小企业通过技术创新成功实现转型提出了相关的政策和对策
建议。

PROCESS OF THE SMES BASED ON
TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION
ABSTRACT
Along with the economic globalization and the new technological revolution’s arrival, large
quantities of traditional industry’s small and medium-sized enterprise’s (SMEs) condition of
business is having the change which changes with each new day, is facing many new difficulties
and the challenge. In the recently years, one batch of SMEs have got enterprise reformation
toward the high-tech SMEs through the technology innovation, realized the own development
new break through, growing the new vigor. Summarizing their essful experience and
carrying on the corresponding theoretical analysis, used for conducting others to e the
high-tech SMEs and the breakthrough development bottleneck. It’s one of the important theory
and valuable research subject. This article unifies to the Shijiazhuang radio factory’s
investigation and study, researching and studying the topic. The primary coverage includes:
definite the SMEs, then described the status of it’s development in China and the
difficulties in it’s growing process, proposed the real way of the SMEs is reformation toward the
high-tech SMEs through the technology innovation.
