H∞控制理论是关于反馈控制系统综合(synthesis)的理论。课程主要讲授下列内容。H∞控制理论形成的历史背景。H∞设计中的性能要求。权函数的选取。H∞最优问题及其形成。H∞设计中的假设条件。H∞设计中的模型匹配问题。标准H∞控制问题中的状态空间求解方法。H∞控制中的线性矩阵不等式(LMI)法。H∞状态反馈设计。鲁棒性能设计和结构奇异值μ。H∞设计的案例分析。

Course Description(about 200 words):
H∞ control theory is a theory for feedback system synthesis. The main contents of the course are as follows. The background to the formation of the H∞ control theory. Performance requirements in the H∞ design. Selection of the weighting functions. Formation of the H∞ optimization problem. The assumptions of the H∞ design. Model-matching problem in the H∞ design. State-space solution th the standard H∞ control problem. Linear Matrix Inequalities(LMIs) in the H∞ control. H∞ design of the state feedback. Robust performance design and the structured singular value μ. Case studies of the H∞ design.
