文档介绍:摘要
随着计算机技术的发展和应用,三维模型虚拟设计以及装配技术已成为机械设计领域发展的必然趋势。利用计算机辅助设计能有效的优化产品的性能,提高设计效率,从而缩短产品的开发周期,降低成本,创造更多的价值。而UG软件作为一款集成化的CAD/CAM系统软件,能实现机器各个部件实体造型的建模仿真以及在UG环境下的虚拟装配。减速器在机械设备行业是一种很常用的传动装置,其在各类机械设备中有着非常广泛的应用,机械设备传动性能的好坏与减速器设计的优劣水平有着直接的关系。
本文主要针对二级齿轮减速器,利用UG软件对其进行建模仿真以及虚拟装配,并从中发现和解决问题,获取齿轮减速器的相关参数,提高齿轮减速器的设计效率。在计算机技术的运用中使产品更加多样化、参数化和柔性化,并且降低产品的成本,以符合现代科技发展的要求,最终提高企业的综合竞争力。

ABSTRACT
With the development and application puter technology, three dimensional model of virtual design and assembly technology has e the inevitable trend of the mechanical design field development. puter aided design is effective to optimize product performance and improve the efficiency of design, so as to shorten the cycle of product development, reduce costs and create more value. As a integrated system of CAD/CAM software, UG software can realize machine parts entity model of virtual assembly simulation and modeling in UG environment. Reducer in the machinery industry is a monly used transmission device. It has very extensive application in all kinds of mechanical equipment. Mechanical equipment transmission performance is good or bad and the pros and cons of reducer design level have a direct relationship.
This article mainly aimed at the secondary gear reducer and using UG software to carry on the modeling and simulation and virtual assembly, to discover and solve the problem, get relevant parameters of gear reducer,and make the gear reducer design more effectively. In the use puter technology make the products more diversified, parameterized and flexibility, and reduce the cost of the products, to meet the demands of the development of modern science and technology, eventually improve petitiveness of enterprise.
