摘要目的了解和探讨男性护生在临床实习期间内心深处真实的体验,以指导教育管理者对男性护生给予理解、关注,为其提供全身心的、针对性的教育管理措施。方法采用质性研究中的Van Manen的诠释现象学研究法,深入访谈了13名男性实习护生。结果运用类属分析法,经过反复地自省、比较、归纳,提炼出4大主题:、自我概念与护士角色冲突、对前途喜忧参半。结论护理教育管理者及临床带教教师应深入了解和理解男性实习护生的实习感受,帮助他们克服各种身心障碍,指导他们树立正确的职业观、价值观。
