经济全球化的飞速发展,给众多传统行业带来了前所未有的冲击,特别是对根植传统的纺织行业。近几年,在国家经济发展的带动下,传统纺织行业也迎来了春天,各种新型管理理念、生产技术的引进,硬件设备的不断升级,同时市场需求也在不断扩大。可以说,整个纺织行业都似乎在进行着飞跃式的前进。但是跑的太快,未必完全是一件好事。作为传统色彩的纺织行业更是如此。飞速发展的纺织业,原材料需求越来越大,其存货也在不断的扩大,与之相伴而生的则是存货管理越来越吃力。纺织企业在发展的过程中,往往忽视了日益激烈和风云突变的市场环境,依旧按照传统的思路去采购、存储原材料,这就非常容易导致存货管理出现这样或者那样的问题。因此,如何在企业发展的过程中,既满足供货需求,又能对存货进行科学合理的管理,成了很多纺织企业必须要面对的问题
本文主要以继嘉亚麻纺织公司为例,对纺织企业的存货管理现状进行分析,并对存货周转率以及其他因素进行研究分析,进一步了解该企业的管理现状,分析与产生存货管理问题相关的因素,进而对改善企业管理提出自己的观点和意见,为继嘉亚麻纺织公司的发展尽一份绵薄之力。
