在中国,尤其是黑龙江地区随着社会经济跟大环境的改变。农场作为一个特殊的以一业为主、多种经营的企业单位,要针对国内外的经济发展形势与全球的环境变化,在资源危机、环境恶化的前提下,以实现农业可持续发展、增加职工收入为重点,制定出环境、资源和经济相互促进、协调发展的发展方案。而这一过程中机械化程度的加强是必须要实施的。实现农业完全机械化可以保持农业生产率的增长,提高作业效率、增加职工收入、保护与改善农业生态环境。
本论文主要集合了国内外在农场新形势下的发展和遇到的问题,通过对中储粮北方农业开发有限公司第四生产场的实证研究展开论述,提出一些对策和建议。本文是采用线性规划法来对中储粮北方公司第四生产场的农机进行配备。运用的数据是第四生产场的基本数据,从而建立线性规划模型,为了使问题简单明了,自学用LINGO计算机软件来解决线性规划方程组。分析第四生产场的农机配备状况,在黑龙江垦区的环境下对其给出一些合理意见。

Abstract
In China, especially in Heilongjiang region with great social and economic change with the environment.
