摘要

而且现在新的员工普遍能力都比较低,缺乏安全知识,很容易引起隐患。但是更重要的同样不能缺少一个懂得管理的技术型人才,因为他可以处理一个企业里面所遇到的各种状况。他可以根据公司的需要来制定各种相关制度来保证一个企业能够合理有效的运行。因为有了制度的约束才会有更好的效果。一个好的管理制度的制定才能够使企业有在当今这种竞争愈来愈激烈的汽车行业中立足的资本。
