技术转移以及绩效评价等五个方面的问题,综述了交易费用理论、资源依赖理论、
博弈论、虚拟组织理论等各种理论对上述问题的观点和结论,夯实本研究的理论
基础,同时总结前人研究中可以提高之处。
本文进而探讨产学研联盟利益分配机制的设计问题,提出了产学研联盟利益
分配的依据、机制设计的原则,并在归纳出产学研联盟合作模式和利益分配方式
的基础上,探讨了具体合作模式下利益分配方式的选择策略问题。本文提出的利
益分配机制设计基本框架比较完整,具有较强的可操作性。
最后,在利益分配机制设计基本框架下,本文综合采用博弈论、委托代理理
论、机制设计理论和统计学方面的工具进行研究,重点探讨了产学研联盟利益分
配机制中的核心问题——利益分配系数,得到一系列具有理论价值和实践意义的
结论和成果。

ABSTRACT
Along with the ever accelerating process of globalization in economy and
science & technology, the petition intensifies, and the speed of new
technologies emerging and changing is faster than ever before, which makes the
technology innovation e the driving force and source of enterprises even
countries to raise petitiveness. It has e more apparent defects that the
research and development (R&D) activities rely on a single corporate and the
traditional model of technological innovation. So many enterprises anizations
are looking for new innovation resources and the effective way of mending innovation
pace. In fact, cooperative innovation is the most important way to solve this problem
and integrate internal and external resources of enterprises.
Enterprises, Universities and research institutes, as the principle parts of
technological innovation, plementarities in innovation resources make them
take part in cooperative innovation together. From the national perspective, the
alliance among enterprise, university and research institute, which calls IURA
(Industry-University-Research institute Alliance), is the important part of national
innovation system and has important strategic significance in national technology
innovation. Therefore, the problem of IURA has e the hot topic researched and
discussed around the world.
Nevertheless, there are still large gaps of IURA developm
